- Lulus S1 dari semua jurusan dengan IPK minimal 2.75 (skala 4.00)
- Memiliki pengalaman min. 1 tahun dalam bidang marketing produk keuangan
- Memahami produk dan layanan Retail Banking
- Berorientasi pada target dan kepuasan nasabah
- Komunikatif, persuasif, dan mampu memberikan presentasi yang menarik
- Memiliki kemampuan analisa dan interpersonal yang baik
- Memiliki keterampilan berkomunikasi yang baik lisan maupun tertulis, dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris
