Responsibilities

• Involve in all steps of the divisional and central function budgeting process. Wrking closely with them to enable them to make accurate decisions.

Requirements

Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta membuka kesempatan bagi 1.515 orang untuk menjadi calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil DKI Jakarta. Pendaftarannya akan dibuka pada 1 September 2013. 

Kepala Badan Kepegawaian DKI Jakarta, I Made Karmayoga mengatakan sebanyak 35 persen dari jumlah pegawai baru itu diperuntukkan untuk mengisi pos kesehatanuntuk dokter, perawat, maupun bidan yang ingin menjadi pegawai negeri.

Sementara 20 persen kebutuhan akan diperuntukkan bagi pegawai di bidang pendidikan, khususnya guru SD. "Soalnya tahun ini banyak yang pensiun," ujar Made. Adapun sisa 45 persennya akan dibagi untuk dinas-dinas yang membutuhkan pegawai teknis maupun bagian administrasi.

Rincian Formasi Beres, 92 Instansi Siap Gelar Tes CPNS

Hingga Rabu (28/8)  baru 92 dari 329 instansi pusat dan daerah yang telah mendapatkan rincian formasi. Itu berarti, ke-92 instansi tersebut sudah bisa mengumumkan seleksi CPNS ke publik. “Dari 329 instansi pemerintah pusat dan daerah, baru rincian formasi 92 instansi yang sudah diteken pak menteri,” kata Deputi SDM Aparatur Kementerian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (KemenPAN-RB) Setiawan Wangsaatmaja di kantornya, Rabu (28/8).

92 instansi tersebut terdiri dari 78 instansi daerah dan 14 instansi pusat. Capaian ini masih jauh dari harapan mengingat kementerian dan lembaga (K/L) yang mendapatkan formasi ada 69. Sedangkan daerah 260 instansi, terdiri dari 23 provinsi dan 237 kabupaten/kota.

“Kita masih berharap sikap proaktif para pejabat pejabat pembina kepegawaian untuk segera memasukkan rincian formasi. Tanpa rincian formasi, instansi tidak bisa melaksanakan seleksi CPNS,” ujarnya.

Formasi yang diserahkan ke masing-masing instansi pada 18 Juli lalu, lanjut Setiawan, hanya kuota dan masih gelondongan. Itu sebabnya, tiap-tiap instansi harus merinci formasi yang dibutuhkan untuk ditetapkan MenPAN-RB.

“Masih ada waktu dua hari lagi untuk mengajukan ke pusat. Sebab, September mendatang pengumuman pendaftaran CPNS akan dibuka. Kalau ingin mendapatkan SDM berkualitas, alangkah baiknya pengumumannya lebih awal karena waktunya panjang,” tandasnya.
